Billing Terms and Conditions

ProGolf Supply – Billing Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2025


1. Introduction

These Billing Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the payment obligations and processes between ProGolf Supply ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the customer ("Customer," "you," or "your"). By accessing or using our services and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


2. Payment Terms

2.1 Pricing

  • Prices: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Taxes and Fees: Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or charges unless otherwise specified.

2.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

  • PayPal

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)/ACH

  • [Other options, e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay, if supported]

2.3 Payment Due Date

  • One-Time Purchases: Payment is due upon receipt at checkout.


3. Invoicing

  • Issuance: Invoices are issued upon completion of the order.

  • Delivery: Invoices are sent via email or through our online portal.

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for keeping billing details current and accurate.


4. Late Payments

4.1 Interest Charges

  • A late payment interest of 1.5% per month will apply to overdue balances.

4.2 Suspension of Services

  • Services may be suspended or terminated if payment is not received within 10 days of the due date.

  • Services will resume only after full payment, including any accrued late fees.


5. Disputed Charges

  • Notice Requirement: You must notify us in writing within 15 days of the invoice date to dispute any charges.

  • How to Dispute: Email disputes to info@progolfsupply.com with invoice number and dispute details.

  • Resolution: We will investigate and resolve disputes promptly.


6. Refunds and Credits

  • Policy Reference: Refunds and credits are issued per our Refund and Return Policy.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days.


7. Taxes

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for all applicable taxes, including sales tax, VAT, GST, or other charges.

  • Exemption: Provide a valid tax-exempt certificate at time of purchase if applicable.


8. Billing Errors

  • Corrections: Any discovered billing errors will be corrected promptly.

  • Overcharges: We will credit or refund the overcharged amount.

  • Undercharges: You will be invoiced for any undercharged amounts.


9. Payment Security

  • Data Protection: All payment data is processed securely.

  • Processor: We use Shopify Payments for processing and do not store credit card information.

  • SSL Encryption: All transactions are protected using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.


10. Modifications to Terms

  • Right to Modify: We may update these Billing Terms at any time.

  • Notification: Changes will be posted on this page and effective immediately.

  • Continued Use: Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


11. Limitation of Liability

  • No Indirect Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Maximum Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the six months prior to the claim.


12. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, specifically the State of Illinois.

  • Jurisdiction lies exclusively with the courts of Illinois.
